The MPLS activities are, of course, tailored to the conditions of Kesatuan Bangsa. The activities began with an introduction to the school environment, the school curriculum, and the school’s activity units. The final session was an enrichment session led by a team from the Bantul Regency Election Commission (KPUD), who presented material on the succession—or election—of the Student Council (OSIS) leadership, emphasizing that the process must be direct, universal, free, secret, honest, and fair. This aligns with the regency government’s hope that the OSIS succession in Bantul can be conducted simultaneously and successfully.

The entire presentation was highly interactive and energetic. One student who had grown up abroad even highlighted how much care the Student Council members and teachers went out of their way to help her adjust to a completely new environment.
