[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Kesatuan Bangsa, one of the top schools located in Bantul, Yogyakarta, held a graduation ceremony for the 10th batch students of grade 9 and 12, academic year 2022/2023. The series of graduations entitled Graduation Class of 2023 were held at Tentrem Hotel Ballroom on Saturday, March 6, 2023. The graduation ceremony began with a graduation parade representing the student’s respective regions from all over Indonesia, followed by the performance of the men’s dance wearing traditional clothes from various regions with the theme of Wonderful Indonesia.
There were approximately 300 participants attended this event consisting of Kesatuan Bangsa academic community, parents/guardians, and 25 junior high school graduates and 73 senior high school graduates. It was also attended by the distinguished guest from the Regent of Bantul, Mrs. Titik Sunarti, S.Pd., M.Pd. who also gave a speech. Other important guests were from the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights; Education, Youth and Sports Office of Yogyakarta; Education, Youth and Sports Office of Bantul; and Bantul Education Center representatives. Some other guests were the professor of the Faculty of Cultural Sciences, Gadjah Mada University; the professor at Widya Mataram University; the representatives of the Eduversal Foundation; the high school supervisors; and the principals of Rancamaya School, Semarang Semesta School, Mega Islamic Boarding School, Darul Hikmah Kutoarjo Islamic School, and Sragen RUSHD School.
The event was also cheered by students’ performances, such as singing and dancing; a profile video of the teachers and staff; graduation greetings from officials; and school achievement videos. Then, the outstanding students were awarded to Novin Raushan of 9B and Aydinahasna Huwaida Aziz of 12B. The event was closed with the appearance of the graduates singing a medley. It was also a special surprise for parents by giving a red rose which made everyone moved. Once again, congratulations on the graduation of the 10th batch of the best students of Kesatuan Bangsa School.
