A total of 14 cows, generously donated by teachers, staff, parents, alumni, and students, were cut, and the meat was distributed among those in need. “Alhamdulillah, the activities went well and smoothly, despite coinciding with the students’ holidays. The number of cows met our target this year,” said the head of the committee, Fajar Kurnia Rahman. More than 900 meat packages, thoughtfully packaged using the besek (eco-friendly, locally crafted bamboo baskets) were distributed to the local community, nearby agencies, orphanages, and villagers in Gunungkidul. The head of the committee also expressed gratitude to everyone involved, and more specifically to the sahibul qurban, for their contributions. We hope that next year, more friends will entrust the distribution of their qurban to Kesatuan Bangsa School.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
